I was taking Primal Queen and had some side effects. These are actually slightly more potent and were more what I was looking for. Highly recommend! Can’t beat the price and I very much prefer these over the Primal Queen version.

Cannot recommend these enough!!! I have recommended theses to my 3 besties as we are all having some perimenopause/menopause symptoms. I was having lots of bloating, painful ovulation, cramping, mood swings, low energy, irritably, and difficultly sleeping, on my second bottle now and I can’t live without them! I can tell if I forgot to take them during the day, bloating is gone, didn’t even realize it was time for Aunt Flow to arrive last month because I had none of the symptoms, better energy, better sleep, these are a game changer! I was going to drop the $$$ for the popular brand everyone knows but decided to try these first and I see no reason to even try the other brand because these are amazing!

I rarely write reviews on Amazon, but I would be remiss if I did not share this. I struggle with eczema and dermatitis, and since taking these capsules the past few months, my flareups have almost completely disappeared. I purchased these supplements for more broader health benefits, but I am shocked on how much they have helped my skin. I am also experiencing a lot less hair shedding, not that I was losing a lot, but barely losing any at the present. I am only taking 2 capsules per day in the AM along with other vitamins (not the recommended 5 or 6), I may increase slowly over time, but thus far I am incredibly happy with the results, and will continue to purchase.
